Rare, high-value cars that sell on how they look. The website had to carry Acklam's studio standard and earn a buyer's trust long before the drive to Middlesbrough.

Acklam Cars is an independent dealership on Acklam Road, Middlesbrough, specialising in premium, luxury and performance cars from marques such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce and Bentley. How each car is prepared, photographed and filmed is central to the business, which has won national awards for video, social media and customer care, including Motor Trader's Retailer of the Year. The new site had to do the same job online: present every car properly and give buyers anywhere in the UK the confidence to get in touch or reserve.

Each vehicle page leads with the car: exterior, interior and video in one gallery, shot to Acklam's own standard. The cash price, VAT Qualifying status, a CodeWeavers finance calculator and Reserve online sit right beneath it.

Sold cars don't disappear. They move to a Previously Sold archive with the same search and filters as live stock, showing buyers the calibre of car Acklam handle, while sold pages are kept out of search results so live stock ranks first.
